A Little Something Homemade

I’m going to do a little giveaway today! This is my first giveaway so nothing too fancy. A set of 4 homemade coasters. I’m not doing a complicated raffle draw. I’ll just ask a question at the end and post in the comments your answer.

Here’s the prize!

I just whipped these up last night and I’m still learning so they aren’t perfect. But they are made with love!

Here’s the question: Do you use coasters? My answer is no. We have young kids so we don’t keep open drinks in the living room.

Open to Canada and the US. I’m choosing to close the giveaway on February 25th 2013. I’ll email the winner for their address to ship the coasters.

Good luck!!

Updated: Angela is the winner of the coaster set! Thanks everyone for playing along and I hope to do this again.

  1. We don’t use them for the same reason as you. Unless Mya is down for a nap & I’m having a hot cup of tea – then i’ll use a coaster!

We use them downstairs where we actually have furniture to set our drinks down on. That is our area where the kids usually aren’t.

No we dont use coasters either, 😦

  4. I have tried several different kinds of coasters but haven’t found any I love till yours! So cute!! With 4 kids ages 15-3 my furniture is beaten up! Great idea!! Even if I don’t win I would like your pattern, maybe when my arm heals I can make some!

  5. Angela

Yup we do!! Right now my winter snowman ones are out. I love these! Good job!

  6. Those came out great. We usually don’t use coasters either and in all honesty I’d feel bad using yours because they’re too pretty to use. Sort of like the hand towels in the bathroom that are just for decoration!

  7. No. So you probably shouldn’t give them to me. Lol.

I use coasters mostly to protect my antique tables from sweaty glasses or hot cups. 🙂

I use coasters mostly to protect my antique tables from sweaty glasses or hot cups. The ones I have now are boring cork rounds, these are so adorable and I LOVE the fabric pattern. 🙂
